Elite Life Brand is the apparel expression of E.L.I.T.E., which stands for Embrace Life’s Instincts to Evolve. Our collections represent faith, growth, purpose, and intentional living through wearable statements.
What types of products do you offer?
We currently offer premium graphic t-shirts and will be expanding into hoodies, sweatshirts, sweats, and accessories. Future collections may include additional lifestyle apparel and limited drop items.
What does pre-order mean?
Most of our collections are released through a limited pre-order window. This means items are available for a specific period before production begins.
When does production start?
Production begins after the pre-order window closes. We do not begin printing during the open window. This allows us to produce intentionally and minimize waste.
How long does fulfillment take?
Once the pre-order window ends, please allow up to 2 to 4 weeks for production and shipping. Some orders may ship sooner depending on demand and fulfillment timing.
How will I know when my order ships?
You will receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped.
What sizes do you offer?
Most apparel is available in sizes Small through 3X. Select collections may offer extended sizes depending on availability.
How do your garments fit?
Our apparel is unisex and true to size. If you prefer a relaxed or oversized fit, we recommend sizing up.

All sales are final due to the pre-order model. If there is a garment defect or printing issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the concern.
Do you offer refunds for delayed production?
Because production begins after the pre-order window closes, fulfillment timelines are clearly communicated in advance. Refunds are not issued due to standard production timeframes.
